Response Cosmetics uses reliable methods to ensure your products arrive to you quickly and in perfect condition.
A flat rate of $6.00 is charged for postage for regular orders within Australia.
Please carefully inspect your goods when they arrive. If for some reason your products arrive in a damaged state or you believe that they have been incorrectly dispatched, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your products.

Returns & Replacements
Please inspect your order upon delivery. We will replace items that are faulty but we can not offer replacements for the wrong purchase.

Orders are packed and shipped everyday so your products arrive as quickly as possible after the order has been placed and payment has been received. Please ensure that all contact and address details are accurate on order forms should we need to contact you about your order at any time.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Response Cosmetics uses the secure facilities of Pay Pal for all its financial transactions. Payment is required on completion of placing the order. All promotional pricing will be reflected in the checkout. Retail stores and Makeup Artists please contact the sales team after logging in for additional pricing information.
